SolarEdge P340 Power Optimizer
Used SolarEdge P340 optimizers, the kind that bolt one per module. Module-level MPPT means one shaded or dirty panel stops dragging the whole string down, and you get per-panel monitoring plus the module-level shutdown that rapid shutdown rules ask for. Rated for 340W modules up to 48 volts open circuit, which covers most high-power 60-cell panels. They only do anything on a SolarEdge inverter, so check what you're running first. Sold used and as-is, and worth metering before you build a string around them.

370W Suntech Solar Panel
Used 370W panels we pulled off a 2022 ground mount ourselves, so we know how they were treated. At 44.8 pounds and 69 by 41 inches, each one is a good bit lighter than the 585W panels on the next shelf, and it reads about 41 volts open circuit. Every panel gets metered before it ships. They sell as-is, we don't warranty them, and we can't promise anything on Suntech's original coverage. Good for a shed, a barn, a well pump, or a first off-grid array where a scratch doesn't ruin your day.

SolarEdge P401 Power Optimizer
Used SolarEdge P401 optimizers, 38 of them, off a 2022 ground mount we tore down ourselves. One bolts to each module and does module-level MPPT, so a shaded or dirty panel stops dragging the whole string down, and you get per-panel monitoring plus the module-level shutdown that rapid shutdown rules ask for. They fit high power 60 and 72-cell modules up to 60 volts open circuit. Watch the rating: SolarEdge listed the P401 at 400W when ours were built in early 2022, then re-rated the same model to 430W in a later datasheet, so size your string to 400W unless SolarEdge confirms otherwise for your serial. They only do anything on a SolarEdge inverter, and they sell used and as-is.
