Pro Install
Design your system online. See the real price. When you're ready, a licensed local contractor does the install, and we run the project. Permits, scheduling, inspection, the utility paperwork. We don't install systems ourselves. We've spent the years finding pros who do this every week, and we manage the job start to finish.
How a Pro Install goes.
- 1
Build your system
Design it in the builder. See the real price up front. No salesperson at your kitchen table.
- 2
Place a $500 deposit
Refundable. It holds your slot for the pro review.
- 3
A licensed pro reviews the site
Your local installer checks the roof, the electrical panel, your utility's rules, and what the permits will need. If the build holds up, the price stands. If something needs to change, we tell you. Then you decide: sign off and we start pulling permits, or walk and we send the $500 back.
- 4
The paperwork stretch
Once you sign, engineering starts. Structural and electrical drawings get done, permits get pulled, the interconnection agreement gets filed with your utility, and we book the install day. This is usually the longest part. Four to ten weeks, mostly waiting on the city and the utility. We chase both clocks for you.
- 5
Install, then inspection, then PTO
The pro crew puts the system in. Most homes are one to two days of actual work on site. After that the city inspector signs off, your utility swaps your meter, and the utility issues Permission to Operate. Then you flip the switch. Inspection plus PTO usually adds two to four weeks on top of install day. Total time from deposit is typically three to five months.
Who does what.
Design, price, project manage
We design the system, lock the price, and run the project. Permits, scheduling, the utility paperwork, inspection, the PTO chase. One number to call, the whole way through. We don't install systems ourselves.
The physical install
A licensed local contractor does the work. In the Florida panhandle that's Advanced Wire Pros, Inc. (FL license EC13005911), insured, licensed, and working with your local permitting office and utility every week, so the paperwork moves. As we expand to other states, we partner with licensed and certified pros there too.
Why go Pro Install.
You already know what you're buying
You designed it. You saw the price. The pro review confirms it. No surprise quote, no kitchen-table upsell.
Licensed contractors only
We do not use lead generators or unvetted subs. In the Florida panhandle, our install partner is Advanced Wire Pros, Inc. (Florida electrical contractor license EC13005911), with insurance, the right permits, and a track record we trust. As we expand to other states, we will partner only with state-licensed and certified pros there too.
We run the project, you don't
Permits, the utility, scheduling, inspection, PTO. We chase all of it. One number to call. You hear from us when there's something for you to do.
The deposit comes back if it doesn't work
$500 holds your slot through the pro review. Pro review changes the quote and you walk, deposit comes back. You decide on sign day it's not for you, deposit comes back. Once you sign, engineering starts and the deposit is committed. It applies toward your build.
We do more than one thing.
