Cables & Accessories
The small parts that finish a build. Wire, connectors, breakers, and the bits that make an install safe and to code.

10 Gauge PV Wire Spool (Black)
10 AWG PV wire spool, black. UV-stabilized sunlight-resistant insulation, 600V DC rated. Use for module-to-module jumpers, combiner home runs, or branch circuits inside a string. Pair with the matching red spool for positive runs.

10 Gauge PV Wire Spool (Red)
10 AWG PV wire spool, red. UV-stabilized sunlight-resistant insulation, 600V DC rated. Red is the positive-polarity convention. Pair with the matching black spool for negative runs.

10 Gauge Wire Black
10 AWG single-conductor wire, black, sold by the foot. For DC and AC system runs where you want to buy only what you need instead of a full spool.

10 Gauge Wire Red
10 AWG single-conductor wire, red, sold by the foot. For DC and AC system runs where you want to buy only what you need instead of a full spool.

2/0 Wire Set 3ft
2/0 AWG wire set, 3 feet, pre-terminated with lugs at both ends. Sold as a matched pair (black and red). Sized for high-current DC connections between a battery bank and an inverter on a 48V residential off-grid or hybrid build. The 3-foot length suits installs where the inverter sits right next to the battery cabinet. For longer runs, see the 6 ft and 8 ft sets.

2/0 Wire Set 6ft
2/0 AWG wire set, 6 feet, pre-terminated with lugs at both ends. Sold as a matched pair (black and red). Sized for high-current DC connections between a battery bank and an inverter on a 48V residential off-grid or hybrid build. The 6-foot length suits installs where the battery cabinet and inverter sit a short run apart, e.g. on adjacent walls of a utility room.

2/0 Wire Set 8ft
2/0 AWG wire set, 8 feet, pre-terminated with lugs at both ends. Sold as a matched pair (black and red). Sized for high-current DC connections between a battery bank and an inverter on a 48V residential off-grid or hybrid build. The 8-foot length is the longest pre-cut option, for installs where the battery cabinet and inverter sit across a room from each other. If you need longer, look at custom-cut bulk 2/0 with field-crimped lugs.

300v AC SPD
300V AC Surge Protective Device. Wires into the AC side of your system (typically at the AC combiner or the main service panel) and shunts voltage spikes from lightning, utility grid disturbances, or large motor starts to ground before they reach your inverter, battery, or sensitive loads. Solar systems are surge magnets because they tie a grounded metal roof full of exposed conductors to the rest of the electrical system. An SPD is cheap insurance against a roof-strike incident that would otherwise wreck the inverter and the BMS. Type 2 SPD with a modular cartridge, so you swap the cartridge if it fires instead of replacing the whole unit.

36in 2 AWG Battery to Inverter Cables (Black and Red)
36-inch 2 AWG battery-to-inverter cables in black and red, sold as a matched pair. Lower current rating than the 2/0 sets, the right pick for smaller systems where 2/0 is overkill. Typical use: smaller 12V or 24V battery bank to a single inverter, RV builds, marine builds, or shed-scale 48V banks. Pre-terminated with lugs at both ends.

50A AC Circuit Breaker (12kPV)
A 50A AC circuit breaker sized for the EG4 12kPV inverter's AC backup output. Drops into a standard 240V load-center slot. UL listed for residential AC service. Use this when wiring the 12kPV's backup output to a sub-panel and you need a code-correct breaker between the inverter and the panel.

600v DC SPD
600V DC Surge Protective Device. Wires into the DC side of your PV system (typically at the combiner box or the inverter DC input) and shunts voltage spikes to ground before they damage the inverter, charge controller, or string optimizers. The DC side of a roof array is the most exposed surface for lightning-induced surges. An SPD is cheap insurance for the most expensive components in the stack. Type 2 SPD with a modular cartridge design.

8 Gauge Spool Black
8 AWG wire spool, black. The step up from 10 AWG for higher-current DC runs or longer voltage-drop-sensitive runs. Pair with the matching red spool for positive runs.

8 Gauge Spool Red
8 AWG wire spool, red. The step up from 10 AWG for higher-current DC runs or longer voltage-drop-sensitive runs. Pair with the matching black spool for negative runs.

8 Gauge Wire Black
8 AWG single-conductor wire, black, sold by the foot. For higher-current DC and AC runs where you want to buy only what you need.

8 Gauge Wire Red
8 AWG single-conductor wire, red, sold by the foot. For higher-current DC and AC runs where you want to buy only what you need.

90AMP Breaker
90A Eaton circuit breaker. Used in solar system AC subpanels or main lugs where the design current calls for a 90A rating. Confirm your panel takes Eaton-format breakers before ordering.

Bulk 10 gauge wire
10 AWG wire in bulk, for installers wiring multiple runs at once. Reach out for current spool length and a price quote.

Disconnect Isolator Switch
A DC disconnect / isolator switch for use between the PV array (or combiner) and the inverter. Lets you de-energize the DC side of the system for service or inspection without working hot wires. Required by NEC on most permitted PV installs as part of the DC disconnect requirement. Lockable handle for lock-out / tag-out during service. 600V DC rated.

MC4 Connector
A single MC4 connector. The standard connector used at module-to-module and module-to-string-wire joints across the solar industry. Locking design and a 600V DC rating that matches most modern module Voc. Sold individually. The general rule for an array is 3 connectors per string (two for the string connections plus one spare for a botched crimp), plus extras for any home-run terminations and any future array expansion.

Y branch connector
Y-branch MC4 connector. Combines two PV strings into one home-run cable on the array side, so you don't have to run a separate combiner box for two parallel strings. Sold as the male-and-female pair. Use when two strings are wired in parallel and the total string current still fits within the home-run wire ampacity. For three or more parallel strings, step up to a fused combiner box.
