Alps 650W Solar Panel
A 650W N-Type bifacial dual-glass panel, new and unused, and one of the largest modules we stock. N-Type cells age slower and run cooler than older PERC modules, and high output per panel means fewer mounts and less rail across a big array. Made in Romania, tier-1, with a 30-year power warranty.

A large-format N-Type panel, new and warrantied.
The Alps 650W is one of the biggest panels we carry. It runs N-Type cells in a dual-glass bifacial frame, manufactured in Romania. New and unused, tier-1, with a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty. When you are filling a ground rack and want to cover the most array with the fewest panels, a 650W N-Type module does the job, and the cell tech holds up better in heat and over time than the PERC panels it competes with.
650W per panel
One of the highest-output panels we stock. Fewer panels means fewer mounts, less rail, and a faster install on a big array.
N-Type cells
Newer cell tech with a lower temperature coefficient and slower degradation than older PERC. Better in heat, better in low light, better over 25 years.
Bifacial dual-glass
Glass on both faces. The back side picks up reflected light off the ground or roof, adding 5 to 25% on top of the front-face rating depending on what is behind it.
Made in Romania
European manufacturing, independent factory audits by Black & Veatch, IEC and UL certified. Different supply chain than the China-built majority.
30-year power warranty
Linear power warranty out to 30 years, 25-year product warranty. Longer coverage than the typical PERC module.
Large-format module
At 44.6 by 97 inches it is built for ground mounts and large roofs where panel size is not a constraint.
This is a full-size monocrystalline module for a home roof, a ground mount, or an off-grid array. As a new, unused tier-1 panel it carries the manufacturer's warranty and the certifications a grid-tied, net-metered install needs, so it works whether you are selling power back to the utility or running fully off-grid. Check the datasheet for the exact electrical numbers when you size strings to your inverter.
