It's the indoor or sheltered version of the AllWeather, designed for a garage, utility room, or sheltered exterior wall where the install doesn't need a NEMA 3R rating. The "buildable" name comes from the customer-configurable knockouts. You knock the ones you need for your specific conduit run pattern and leave the rest closed, so the same box works for grid-tied builds, off-grid builds, and battery-attached builds without a separate SKU.
