IntegraRack BallastRack Frame IR-30

$129each

The IR-30 holds your panels at a fixed 30 degrees, the angle IntegraRack picked for year-round production across most of the continental US. Each panel mounts between two frames, so a row takes one frame per panel plus one to start it (six panels, seven frames). The frame is 6061-T6 aluminum, weighs 10 pounds, and with panels up to 24 square feet it's rated for 100 psf of snow and 120 mph of wind on EarthBallast or EarthScrews, or 150 mph on SlabBallast. Unless you bolt it to concrete, you'll also need 1 inch EMT conduit from the hardware store to connect and space the frames, and IntegraRack backs the frame with a 25 year limited warranty.

AllWeather Conduit Box

AllWeather Conduit Box

The EG4 AllWeather Conduit Box is the outdoor-rated conduit box for the EG4 inverter family. It mounts to the bottom of a wall-mounted EG4 inverter (12000XP, 18kPV, 12kPV, FlexBOSS18, or FlexBOSS21 depending on the build) and provides the conduit landings and DC/AC wiring space the inverter needs. NEMA 3R rated, which means it can sit outside without a separate roof or rain shield. Pre-cut knockouts in the bottom and sides for the conduit runs to the panel, the battery, and the PV combiner. Internal wire management keeps the lugs accessible during install and inspection. The Buildable Conduit Box is the indoor or sheltered alternative if your inverter sits in a garage or utility room. The AllWeather is the right pick when the inverter is on an exterior wall or under a carport. Pairs with the 12000XP Top Plate when the install wants the top plate finish.

Buildable Conduit Box

Buildable Conduit Box

The EG4 Buildable Conduit Box is the modular conduit box that mounts under an EG4 inverter for the DC and AC landings. It's the indoor or sheltered version of the AllWeather, designed for a garage, utility room, or sheltered exterior wall where the install doesn't need a NEMA 3R rating. The "buildable" name comes from the customer-configurable knockouts. You knock the ones you need for your specific conduit run pattern and leave the rest closed, so the same box works for grid-tied builds, off-grid builds, and battery-attached builds without a separate SKU. Pairs with the 12000XP, 18kPV, 12kPV, FlexBOSS18, and FlexBOSS21. Step up to the EG4 AllWeather Conduit Box when the inverter mounts on a fully exposed exterior wall.

End Clamp

End Clamp

The UFO-END is the end clamp for the IronRidge XR rail system. It sits at the outside edge of each row where the last module needs to be locked down without a second module pressing against it. Two per row, one at each end. Drop the clamp into the XR rail T-slot, set the end module against it, torque to spec. It bonds the module frame to the rail electrically as part of the IronRidge Integrated Grounding System, so you don't need a separate grounding lug at the row ends. Pair with UFO mid clamps along the rest of the row. The two together cover every module-to-rail attachment in a standard residential install. UL 2703 listed. 25-year IronRidge warranty.
