620W Boviet Solar Panel
SaleA 620W bifacial, dual-glass panel built on N-type cells, American made. The glass-on-glass build picks up reflected light off the back side, and at about 22.95% module efficiency it pulls solid power per square foot. These are Grade B panels sold without a manufacturer warranty, so they are priced for off-grid builds where utility rules do not apply.
Minimum order: 10 panels. Smaller counts get crated by hand and the handling costs more than it saves you. Need fewer? Ask us, or add the panels to a system build and the minimum drops.
Delivery: a full pallet (33 panels) ships to your door. We sell panels by the pallet only. Loose panels have to be crated by hand, and the freight on a few of them usually costs about what the panels do. 10 panels areunder a pallet, so it can’t check out. Add 23 more, or ask us to price a smaller order.

A high-output panel at an off-grid price.
The Boviet 620W is a bifacial, dual-glass panel running N-type cells, made in an American factory. Both faces of the module are glass, so the cells are sealed between two sheets instead of glass and a polymer backsheet. The back side picks up reflected light off the ground or a roof, which adds a bit of yield on top of the front-face rating. At about 22.95% module efficiency, it puts real power into a tight footprint.
620W per panel
High output means fewer panels, fewer mounts, and less rail to cover the same array size.
Bifacial dual-glass
Glass front and rear. The back face captures reflected light, and the glass-on-glass build holds up well over time.
N-type cells
Newer cell tech with strong low-light performance and a lower temperature coefficient than older PERC panels.
American made
Built in a US factory, which shortens the supply line on a panel this size.
~22.95% efficiency
More watts per square foot, which helps on roofs and racks where space is tight.
Priced for builders
Grade B pricing makes a big array affordable when you are running off-grid loads on a budget.
These are Grade B panels. They may have minor cosmetic marks: small scratches, frame blemishes, or slight discoloration. They may also arrive without the original packaging. The cosmetic grade is about looks only. It does not change how the panel performs, what it produces, or how long it lasts. If you want a panel that looks showroom-clean on a front-facing roof, this is not it. If the panel is going on a ground rack behind a barn, the marks will not matter.
Because these are Grade B panels sold with no manufacturer warranty, they are best for true off-grid use where utility grid interconnection rules do not apply: cabins, barns, sheds, workshops, agricultural and water-pumping systems, and remote property. They are not the right panel for a grid-tied, net-metered install, where an inspector and a utility expect fully listed, warrantied modules and the paperwork to match. If your system ties to the meter, choose a new, warrantied panel instead. If you are running an isolated off-grid system, this panel is a strong, low-cost way to build the array.
