Panelspick a panel first

Mount

Solar panels

Pick the panel that fits your roof. Large-format 500W+ modules usually go on a ground mount.

Show the large-format ground-mount panels (500W+) here too. They are bigger and heavier than typical roof panels, so a tech confirms the roof can take them before anything ships.

I already have panels. Use mine instead: the kit leaves the panels out, and the compatibility checks run on the numbers you type from the label on the back of your panel (or its datasheet).

Hybrid inverters

FlexBOSS pairs with the GridBOSS, up to 3 in parallel. The 18kPV can also back up the whole home on its own 200A pass-through.

Batteries

LiFePO4, 48V class. Size to the loads you want to back up.

I'm supplying my own battery. Leave it out of the kit. (Must be a 48V LiFePO4 bank; a tech confirms the pairing.)

Rapid shutdown

NEC 690.12 fire-safety cutoff, required on rooftop arrays. Pick how much the panel-level units do beyond the shutdown itself.

I'm handling rapid shutdown separately. Leave the RSD units out of this kit. (NEC 690.12 still requires rapid shutdown on rooftop arrays and the inspection will look for it. A tech confirms your shutdown plan before anything ships.)

Backup generator (optional)

Feeds the system's generator input for backup power. Clean sine wave inverter generators only (under 3% THD); a conventional generator's rough power upsets the inverter's AC input. Added to your kit total; pick it again or hit the ✕ under Your system to take it back out. Hookup ratings get field verified by your tech.
